RESOLVED: Statistics delayed

    My hubpages account shows statistics which is 2 days old, why is it not updated for 6 or 4 hours?
    is Hubpages having technical problem or experiencing a server overload, because Hubpages which used to load quickly is now loading very slow even in 3G connections.

      This frequently happens on weekends.  If you want more reliable stats with less lag time, use Google Analytics.

        i have already tried Analytics , it always shows data which is less than the data provided by hubpages and it doesn't match the earnings on Hubpages for that day.
        if you get 1000 views, analytics shows it as 900 or 800 ?

      HP really doesn't care about this.  They went from telling everyone that it's being worked on, to not even acknowledging it when it happens now.

      It scares me we get paid based on other statistics they gather.  What if those break?  Oh wait, no, they ensure those work since money is involved!

    yes, hubpages seems to be quite behind on updating traffic, and it is very frustrating. Im sure if it isnt updated today, it will definitely be by the morning

    I've noticed it happening more and more. Weekends definitely the slowest for updating stats. Seems strange, surely this is an automated process, it shouldn't need a staff member to be at work for it to happen, so being weekend should make no difference at all.

    I was getting seriously annoyed with this, too. But you can't say it only happens on weekends since this is the first time it's happened to me in the month I've been on here.

    I just cant believe that no HP staff member is aware of it. And I feel like a moderator or staff member should at least do us the decency of telling us that they are aware of the issue, and that is being worked on. This is nuts that nothing has been updated for over two days.

    i hope they will reply as soon as possible.

    I checked other threads about this issue and it says it will be resolved on Monday , i don't know the truth about this but i think it is true.
