    Marvin Matinez, 27 yrs. old, in New York city was raking leaves and found a Lottery ticket a month after Superstom Sandy. They found no claimant for the ticket, so he was finally paid several hundred thousand - after taxes.

      I like to help ppl, so when they are at work, sometimes I go into their back yards and rake their leaves and stuff... I remember that's where I dropped it. I know it was him cause I looked in his mailbox and saw his name on an envelope... I should let him know I dropped it.
