aside from popping in from time to time to check on views, I've for the most part not really been a part of Hubpages for a few months. I feel like there are things that have changed. I have no idea. Any one fancy catching me up?
Things haven't really changed all that much, ThompsonPen, but a big welcome back to you!
Welcome back! I hope you had a good respite! I think I remember you writing a Hub on the Title Tuner; we retired that feature a few months ago because Google changed their policy and no longer gives us the information to generate title suggestions. You might want to check out our blog. It is the best place to see if there are any major changes that have occurred! Glad you're back!
Same as it was 5 months ago....
google up and down, HP up and down...
People complaining, people supporting, people leaving, people coming....
About what I figured. Thought I did notice a couple things different - and I suppose by noticed I mean things were pointed out to me, like the title tuner being gone. I thought I had heard some sort of rumor about something to do with google analytics, though I'm not sure what I heard
The only major things I can think of is that eBay changed it's policy which amounts to zero earnings for most hubbers and I do recall a change with GA. I think it's a change with either keyword search or adword. It has stumped me, can't check keywords as easily as I used to. I think you have to join now or something. It overwhelms me every time I look at the screen so I exit. Therefore, I guess at what are the best keywords. Someone else please enlighten ThompsonPen on this.

I left a little disappointed with my earnings here, tho I didn't really leave, just went elsewhere for a while. Thanks to the emails we get from HubPages, I was inspired to come here and give it another go. I have made money since I last looked, too.I can't tell you how much I love the changes!...

How much has changed in the last couple of years? Not sure if anyone here would even remember me. Are things getting better or worse? Just wondering.

I've been on for 2 months with 5 hubs and none have hit 50 hits yet. How can I increase traffic?I obviously know it's still early but I thought I might have a little more than 100 total hits. Is it my topics? My writing style? Any feedback is welcome.

Since things have kind of been changed up has anyone else felt the sting of low views...and longer updating times? Is this just another lull and things will pick back up or do we need to work harder to get more views in?

I haven't been on Hubbpages for a while. I needed to develop an alternate form of income and have been focusing on writing ebooks. Still a few more to go, then I'm uploading them altogether and marketig them together. Will be another few months. My traffic has dropped radically in the last week, and...

So far, I've lost about 15% of my traffic, since Panda 3.3 began rolling out earlier this week! It's annoying as I'd only just brought some traffic back up by editing and deleting Amazon hubs after a post-Xmas slump that I've struggled to get out of! It feels like Google wants to keep...
