What does this mean..as I cannot edit a few of my hubs...could use some help as I do not understand why this is coming up....

Sounds like they're having trouble with the browser you're using. Try Firefox or Chrome.
This is letting you know that the browser you are using is not fully supported by the system.
It actually looks like you may have malware installed on your computer as well (FunWebProducts Plugin Browser toolbar, suspected spyware).
I would suggest searching for and removing malware.
You are using Windows 7, so I would suggest using the latest version of Firefox or Chrome. It probably wouldn't hurt to uninstall your browser then reboot, and install a new version.
