Under Earnings Reports it says Earnings Program - Not Active and to go to my payment settings to configure. I did all that two or three weeks ago and see nothing that I need to change. I set up paypal payment email, amazon, adsense etc. What do I need to do to get it active?
The ad program is not activated.
Click the "configure" button next to Ad Program.
Complete the process on the resulting screen.
