You are not currently accumulating new earnings through the Hub-pages Earnings Program. You can configure your Earnings Program settings on the.
    Now whats the deal here?
Thats what i see in my profile
i know my ad-sense is not approved, but i still get commission through amazon directly :Not Active (but your external code xxx-20 is active) like shown in earning settings.
the commision i get from Amazon is it all mine or i have to split it with hub-pages?

If you do not have an active AdSense account, you cannot participate in the in-house ad program.

Your independent Amazon account timeshares impressions with HubPages.

You earn whatever the commission is from Amazon in your personal Amazon associates account.  Those earnings will not be seen on your HP earnings because you are not part of the HP Earnings program.

Without Adsense, your Amazon, and other affiliate programs like Viglink Linkshare, Commission Junction, etc if you are part of those programs, are your only source of income without Adsense.

Thank you very much Linda, if i may ask another question please!
is it okay to copy the content of my hubpages to another personal website of mine? will it affect somehow my hubpage account or jeopardize it?

Do you mean copy or do you mean transfer?

Hubs must be unique, you can't publish the same article elsewhere.

As for the Earnings Program, I agree the wording is a bit confusing.  You can enrol for the Earnings Program but you can't earn anything from it until you've qualified for Adsense - which you can apply for once you've been here about a month and have more than 20 Hubs.

copy your hub and save it.  Save HP URL.  Delete hub.  Edit-unpublish-delete.  HP gives you a 24 hour grace period to change your mind.  The hub will appear on your list with a red line until it is out of system.  Now go to google url removal and remove you hub from google which could take several days.  Sometimes they do it, sometimes not.   Then transfer content on your own website.
