I was looking through my stats just now and noticed the copyright symbol next to my hub about Lady Gaga's Monster Ball Tour. I clicked to view the hub and noticed that someone stole my hub and posted it word for word on blogspot including the page divider I created and used in the hub. What do I have to do to get my hub content removed from that site?

First, you need to find out who is hosting the website. You can go to whois.com and put the site url in. Find their registrar. Then complete the DMCA form provided by HubPages, and send it to the registrar. They must, by law, remove or disable the link to the site hosting the copied content.
