1. Access the source code of the website you have submitted.
2. Create a separate page on the site and paste 'This post confirms the
ownership of the site and that the site adheres to AdSense policies and
Terms and Conditions'.
You only do that when you own the website you're using, and you can't do that here as you are not the owner of HubPages.
