28 featured hubs only gets me +17 on that.
HubberScore is largely based on the HubScores from all of your Hubs.
The HubScore is derived by the QAP. A score can change each time the Hub is edited and evaluated, so editing your Hubs can be a good strategy to improve these scores and therefore your HubberScore as well.

Mine dropped three points in one day. I have no idea why except that my views are also dropping. I remember the last time I was at 89. It is kind of crazy to have a banned member at 60.
