Can you republish an article on Hubpages that you wrote for another source, say your own blog, or somewhere else? It's your work, not someone else's. Should you delete it from that source, change the title and/or revamp the article a bit or not? Thanks
HubPages does not allow you to publish here when it is also published somewhere else. Your options are to delete the old article, wait to make sure it is properly deleted, and then republish here, with or without changes. Another option is to write a brand new article about the same topic.
