I was not active on hubpages for two years, I checked my hub traffic sources, none came from big Google. Formerly I was getting good traffic to my hubs from Google. What can be done to get back traffic from the big G.
That would tend to substantiate the belief that Google is big on fresh content.
Sounds like hub update time to me.
Have you checked if your hubs are featured? In the last column on your accounts page, there will be a white H in a black circle if the hub is featured, which means it's shown in search engine queries. If not, the hub will need some editing to become featured again. I suspect this element of HP came in while you were absent.
Thanks for all your replies. I now realised I have to do a lot of editing to comply with HP new rules.
