How do I send a Fan Mail to someone I'm already following?

    Hello!  I became a Follower of a poster, but did not take the option of leaving a Fan Mail at that time.  Now, a little later, I want to send a fan mail that can be posted, but the only option under the Fan Mail section of the poster's account is to send an email, which I know is not the same thing.  Was there only one chance to send a Fan Mail to someone, that being the instant I become a follower?  Or is there something I'm overlooking?  Thanks!

      Yeah, I think there is just that one opportunity. At least that's what I've noticed.

        This is correct.

        However, you can always unfollow that person, then follow them again and send fanmail. Just go to the person's Profile and click on the green "Unfollow" button at the top.  When the button changes to "Follow", click it again.

      You can send fanmail to an author you follow.
      Simply click the fanmail link on their profile.

      The link is in this general format.

      username.hubpages.com/#fanmail

    If you click on the person's name and go to their page, on the right you should see a button "Fan Mail"    That should give you a box type your fanmail in.     :-)
