I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the quick responses I have seen delivered on this forum. You, hubbers, are the greatest bunch of folks who certainly come to forefront when the call is sent out. I am so happy to be part of such a united group. I am continuing to learn the 'mechanics' of internet sharing and exchanging of articles, not to mention the the process involved in Amazon, E-bay and whatever else but, without a strong "Hubber" supportive system behind, I would stay lost in the woods of bewilderment forever. Success beyond and above the horizon to all of you...
Well I'm new here and so far I've only seemed to have contributed much bantering. But I've been on these here interwebs since 1992, and if you do have any questions I will always be happy to try my best and help you!
GLM,
Glad to meet you. And, I'm encouraged to hear from someone who is a veteran. Wow! {Since 1992} Boy, do you ever have some stories, I bet. I guess it is possible to 'wade through the forest of webbing" and make it out on the other side. Thanks for the invitation to help. I'll certainly look you up to see what you're all about. Another fan, for me.
To be honest, being that I was eight then, I'm more surprised it hasn't desensitized me. But then I always managed to find good communities I could get into, like this one.
I'll be sure to check out your work when I can, too! The titles seem interesting.
GLM,
I would dare say it takes an enormous amount of compassion, fortitude, insight, interest, and genuine degree of sincerity to be able to work through, gain the knowledge necessary and relate to the many diverse people who travel the internet. I suspect you possess all of these qualities and more.
You have me blushing. My ego has grown three times in size. Good thing I'm modest!
I have grown up always questioning and always enjoying to engage people in discourse. I feel that if we are ever to get over ourselves as a society, it is best always to try and lead by setting a decent example. Maybe before I die I'll set one.
The internet is filled with many things, but when you have the time to look you can find great resources and awesome support. We have now within our reach the ability to flatten the globe via fiber optic cable. I can't believe it. Marconi's first wireless transmission was only in 1909. And look what we have now!
Enough of my bantering, though. Thank you again for your kind sentiments, I second them and believe you to be much the same as I.
Sincerely,
GLM
