I am seriously considering going through blogs, maybe deleting some of them, but definitely thinking about deleting most or all all of my content and starting over? Is this a smart move.
When you say blogs, do you mean blogs or do you mean Hubs?
If your Hubs are unFeatured then delete them and consider moving them elsewhere. Otherwise, leave them because even if they're not getting much traffic, they're adding "bulk' to your sub-domain.

Some people say you should never, ever delete a hub...only edit it and such. What makes you just completely trash your own hubs?
