I stumble over more.
I've been getting little red copyright symbols popping up like crazy next to my hubs on my dashboard and I've already been filing DMCA notices and reports like a madwoman and filing scraper reports and spam reports out the wazoo for the last several weeks. I've already been falling behind on them because, as we all know, there are a lot of thieving jerks out there and only so much time in a day.
My experiences with another site conditioned me to expect certain unpleasant things from red dealie-bobs on my dashboard.
It turns out it's just a very nice tool HubPages has given us to make DMCA notices and reports easier for us to complete.
Be sure sure to send HubPages a message when you successfully locate DMCA relevant contact information that isn't already in the DMCA database.
I LOVE THE TOOLS HUBPAGES GIVES US!

I decided to update an article I originally published on Yahoo Contributor Network and republish it here. In doing my research to update it, I found another post that is obviously spun from my article, but with slight changes in wording to mask the plagiarism. The spun post has a slightly altered...

I find this all so depressing. Can anyone tell me how long after filing a DMCA complaint does it take to resolve these issues - or is it as long as a piece of string? How does earth does one motivate oneself to write more hubs when this continues to happen.
