I have been receiving quite a lot of spam traffic to my profile from Samara, Russia during the last 6 weeks or so. Has anyone else experienced this? According to Google Analytics, BlackHatWorth dot com, Conoval dot ru and ILoveItaly dot co are some of the sources.
Is this an issue which Hubpages should be concerned with? According to some blogs, such traffic can affect search rankings.
P.S. I've just noticed a thread about this topic here:
A couple months ago, I had an influx of Russian traffic and my Hubs were being copied and pasted on related Russian sites. I could not get all of the copies removed, but most were removed.
We have noticed some recent SPAM comments.
Please label them as such.
We use that information to identify other potential SPAM comments as well.
If you have not done so already, we suggest setting comments on your Hubs such that each must be approved before it shows up on your Hub.

My hub http://hubpages.com/hub/Help_Find_Madeleine_McCann is under a spam attack, I have marked the messages as spam, but as soon as I remove them they are replaced, I wouldn't mind but the spammers linking to a site asking for donations, that are nothing to do with the official Maddie...
