Question about internal vs. external links

I read the FAQs and the Learning Center, but didn't see this addressed.

I know we are only allowed 2 external links in each hub, but how many links can we put to our other hubs? What is the best way to do that? Would an inconspicuous linked word or phrase be better, or can we use a phrase saying something like "As I discussed in my article on this and that, ..." ?

Can we put "More hubs from Name" at the bottom of our hubs?

You may use as many to HP as you like, including your own hubs.  Just make sure they are actually pertinent to the discussion in the hub where you put the link.  (That you wrote both does not make them pertinent).

If you will "group" your hubs (button on the stats screen as well as the edit screen of a specific hub) you can have the prior and subsequent one shown nicely at the bottom of your hub.  Plus, of course, HP puts one to the side as well.

Thank you. I have created groups and already grouped my first hubs. For some reason, I'm not seeing any ads on them at all. Maybe it takes adsense a day or two to catch up.

Do you have an AdSense account?

Yes, I do. According to my settings, it's active. OH! Maybe I need to go and add hubpages to my allowed sites. Thanks! I didn't think of that.

I think you should wait until you have at least five featured Hubs and pass Boot Camp.

O.K.  Thanks. My hubs have still not been reviewed, so maybe the ads will show then, and I'll see if any get featured.
