I don't know if this is my computer or not, but when I've been re-ordering capsules I seem only to be able to move things down (not up). More troublesome, I haven't figured out how to get all the capsules to the far right-hand side.
I've been able to move them from the left-hand margin to the center with the arrows in "edit", but that's it. Drop and drag only works by moving things to the bottom.
Is there something I don't know about how I should be doing this (or is it more likely my computer's not working well)?
Also, again, I was wondering how to get things over to the right-hand side. I have my article and its on photo all squooshed to the left-hand side, with everything else under it on that side (unless I want to have stuff centered). The whole right-hand side is blank. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks.
There are two ways to move capsules.
One is with the arrow buttons in the top right hand corner of each capsule.
The other way is via the "Capsule Ordering" menu on the right hand side of your page.
Click and drag to move. Double click to make smaller (or bigger if they've previously been made smaller). Making bigger and smaller is called "Toggle Width".
If you have trouble clicking and dragging (it's as if they're stuck) click on Reorder Now. Which you should do anyway if you've finished ordering the layout to reflect changes on the page.
Thank you. I didn't know about "Toggle Width". Maybe that's the problem.

I recently filled in a survey on how to improve HubPages but forgot to mention a very important design issue which has been bothering me for a long time. When a text capsule is very long, I like to turn it into 2 adjacent capsules so it works like 2 columns. Easier to read, right? But every time I...

I have noticed a problem with the sequencing of Hub capsules when viewed on different devices. I always use a desktop or laptop computer to compose and read my pages, and I frequently use text capsules side by side, with one tinted blue or grey to emphasise that the two blocks of text are separate....

I can't make it work! Instructions say DRAG PHOTO TO REORDER, but there's no way to get from the "photos"section to the "text" section. And when I try to use the alternative, the green arrows, ALL the photos are moved in a block up or down.I feel like an idiot. ...

I feel hubbers should be given chance to add capusules on the right side column of the hub as well, under the related hubs and tags. If that is not possible, at least a capsule to allow the hubbers to suggest any hubs of his/her choice to readers.

I work very hard to prevent blocks of empty space in my hubs. In my latest hub on coyote brush, everything looks perfect until I preview. Then a text capsule that is supposed to be half width becomes full width, leaving a string of half-width pictures which were supposed to be next to it on the...
