Be sure to let us know here on the Forum when you've published your first hub. I know you can't link to it, but can you tell us? I don't always see things on my feed, but I can 'share' once I know it's published.
Hark back at you - I just visited, left a comment & voted and tried hard to share. The share button just sat there like, forever. I even got up, left the screen, got a snack and returned. Still no action.
Meanwhile - I like the hub - hadn't thought of the trends in avatars, and it makes perfect sense!
HubPages Staff has publicly stated in another thread that this paradigm search account is unreferred. I really do wish HP would just get rid of the author referral program altogether, especially since they've repeatedly mentioned the possibility over the last 8 years. If they really do want to keep disbursing that extra money to us, why not simply change the overall split for everybody to 65:35 to compensate? That would certainly make for a lot of happy campers around here.
