Mine isn't there...  And I know it should be.  Is anyone else having this problem?

I have never gotten one even when I earned enough money. They don't have to give you one unless you earn $1500 or more. Just add up your income here at Hubpages and claim that on Schedule C. If you can't find your total earnings here, let me know and I'll tell you how to get to the page.

Go to your account summary, print in it's entirety. This is a good substitute for the 1099. It will work for tax purposes as far as the IRS is concerned. It is also a good way to do your monthly "books" to count any legit business expenses occurred in order to earn your $$$.

PayPal will send you a 1099-K only if you have 200 or more payments totaling $20,000.
