    Since the new layout has been introduced, I notice that forum comments at the bottom of every page are displaying in the page footer area.  Is this a page layout problem or a problem with my browser?

      What browser are you using?  This shouldn't be a problem in IE7 or Firefox.

        I'm using IE 7.0.  This problem began with the intro of the new page layouts.  I appreciate your help.

      Its happening to me too since April 7th or 6th, 2009. I am currently on IE6.

      But perhaps for me I can change the browser which will not help millions of hubpages' readers who uses IE6.

    I use to have that problem with the old layout. Refreshing my browser usually worked to clear it up. smile hope that helps.

    download and install firefox ...IE is truly subpar, you will have no problems learning to use it, and many of your viewing problems on the net will be solved instantly
