How should I celebrate? I'm limping to this mark and looking for ways to stay motivated.
That's awesome!!!Congrats on this huge milestone approaching. I have no idea how to stay motivated.
I've made almost $2,500 with this account but I'm thinking about selling it to someone who wants to keep it up and running.
Congrats, all the best, you will leave the new dude in good hands!
Only $2,500 from 2 million views? I would be very disappointed with that figure.
Congrats on getting so many views! It's an accomplishment worth being very proud of.
Enjoy the moment fleeting as it may seem keep on going don't give up but please tell me what is going on
Congratulations!!
I, myself, am very near reaching 2million views. Hope to reach it by the end of this month (fingers crossed).
I would suggest to hold on to HP though, even if just as a memory.
Good luck
Well, since you asked ... I think you should celebrate by sending Ahmed a nice fat bonus. Or maybe give him back the account, happy that you've made such a good return on the money you spent buying it. It was only in March last year that he sold it to you, so I'm surprised you're having trouble 'staying motivated'.
I stay in contact with him and I know he is still struggling. Life's tough in Kenya. If you're not happy to give it to him, I'll buy the account from you for the same money you paid Ahmed if you like. I'll just paypal him the earnings each month.
That would be a win all around. You'd have the satisfaction of having made a nice sum, I'd have the ability to help him with money from his own work (instead of mine - yes, I send him gifts to Kenya to help him from time to time), and he'd be able to get regular rewards for his initial hard work.
Sounds like a plan to me ...
I had forgotten all about that. Does sound like a great plan to me.
Might be a good plan. As you can imagine, most of those 2 million views and earnings were actually earned by Ahmed. When I quoted them, I was referencing the account as a whole. Obviously, I have personally only earned the amount since when I purchased the account.
But I'm an attorney and am extremely busy, so perhaps it's not a lack of motivation, but a severe lack of time.
I'd love to talk more about selling the account, though. Let me know what you think.
Thanks, I will email you from my LTM account. I like to think you'll be happy to help me make a small difference in this cruel world.

It was a lot harder than I thought it ever would be getting to 10 million views. I also have a couple of Hubs approaching a million plus views each and I've now started to really take advantage of Pinterest. And I plan to get to 100 million views a lot faster than I got to 10 million. I've been...

On Easter Sunday I finally hit the million views checkpoint. Took a long time to get there, but it was nice reading the email HP sends you on reaching this accolade. This is a good time to thank the staff at HP, no one ever says it enough - they are doing and have always been doing a great job here.

On New Year's Day I acquired my 500th follower. In addition to this, I hope to reach another milestone within the next two weeks - the 500,000th visit to my hubs in 4 years. As far as page visits is concerned my goal now is to double this and reach a million views in the next 2 years. But although...

I am soo happy, I have reached 500,000 views. I am aiming for 1 million before the end of the year. How many views do you have and what are your expectations? Tips on how to drive more traffic and increase the $$$$$ are also welcome.

I'm in my 12th year with HubPages and just reached a significant milestone. Today my stats report went over the 3,000,000 mark and I'm doing my happy dance.

Not sure why, but I have decided that the arbitrary amount of 500,000 page views is a landmark worth celebrating Anyway, my hubs passed this landmark today. Woohoo !The amount of views varies dramatically from page to page, as my earlier hubs were created with not one clue about anything online...
