Look at what I did!
http://hubpages.com/politics/Why-a-Sout … OTUS-29016
The URL has 29016 instead of 2016.
Is there anywhere I can change that?
Unpublish it (save it to computer just in case). Start a new one, copy everything into it. Publish. Delete original
As theraggededge mentions, there is no way to change a URL after the Hub as been started. You will need to save your draft to your computer, delete the current one, and create a new Hub. Best of luck!

I just got an email telling me the nine year old photos on my hub are not high enough quality and that it could be moved to Delishably if I take new ones. The thing is, I don't have time right now to get to the grocery store for ingredients, nor to make the four different types of cake decorations...
