When editing the information that is displayed on my profile and attempting to save the edited version, it is not saving successfully.
Is this a common fault with the profile editor?
Have you managed to get the problem fixed your end?
Mine is still not saving, it has been going on over a day now!

During the Holidays everything is busy. It is important to update your devices. You need to check your connections.HappynHolidays to you.
Mine started around 5 days ago. I contacted hubpages and they said ti clean out history, cache and so on, which I had already done and have done several more times since but it still is not saving.
Does yours save? Just wondering if everyone is having this issue, if so it will rule out devices being out of date.

Just checked it out, it's not working, but I got a message that said "The page at hubpages.com say's Something went wrong. Please try again. And when you get a chance, you may want to report this issue in the Hubpages forums".
I have reported it in the forum now, is there any other place we are supposed to report it?
I am not sure where we are meant to report anything.
That is the same message that comes up on mine too. When clicking "save" a little white box appears saying working and it just spins around for a while, then that same message you have appears.
Profile changes are still not saving. The pop-up box suggested I report it in the forum. Here I am, obeying the pop-up box.
I'll add my name to the list of Hubbers who can't update their profiles.
I guess the problem of editing your profile is fixed by now since I just edited mine and saved it without a problem.
Have been having the same problem for the last couple of days. Tried again a couple of minutes ago and received the same message.
I am using firefox right now and did not have a problem of editing.
This is pretty odd. I've been using firefox as well. Just tried a minute ago and still not working. I assumed it was because I was new to HubPages, but I guess it's more random than that.
Mine is still not working either. I will try firefox Stacie.
Still not working for me either. I have been trying for 4 or 5 days.
Just found this message from HubPages staff that was posted about half an hour ago. They recognize there is a problem and are working on it. They are very short handed because of the holidays.

I'm having problems with editing my profile. Whenever I try to save changes that I made to my Bio entry, it would accept the changes. What should I do in this matter?
