Affiliate links and links to your own websites are allowed on hubpages. Why hub editor recommended me to remove affiliate links and website links from the hubs to make them featured?

You may have too many of them.

No. Just 1 affiliate link and 1 link to my website

It would help if you linked to the hub in question.  Other options are that the links are off topic for the hub, or the affiliate link is to a banned site like clickbank.

Here is the link to the hub in question: http://hubpages.com/style/Easy-Nail-Art … ummer-2013

Thanks psycheskinner, I never knew clickbank is banned. I have linked hubs to my nail art blog and a website selling nail art products ie bornprettystore
It become very difficult to make hubs featured now

Your hub looks pretty good to me.  Maybe the issue is the way you are linking to your own hubs? I would suggest have an intro or conclusion paragraph where you link to your other techniques, or making an anchor hub listing them all.
