Some visitors post links with their comments while visiting the hubs. Is it advisable to approve such comments as some of the links lead to absurd sites.

I've come across a hub, now and then, without a comment section. Is this a choice made by the author? If so, why?

I just added an external link to a comment in hopes of helping the reader. I now find out this will make my hub a 'no-follow.' How can I correct this?
