I can't find the comment capsule, also I can't comment in the comments section of others' articles .
How can I solve this problem?
Comments are no longer available (apart from a few of the network sites). There's no comment capsule.
Comments are available on these sites. You don't need to add a capsule. It's automatically added.

Apart from what Matt Wells wrote, anyone of your readers or fellowers can read through your latest piece. Then they post a link with their comments into the forum for others to comment. This apart from the links Matt provide, is another called ROJO. The original comment system which writers and readers have been used to for years have been done away with. Thank you.
Oh, that looks a bit complicated,
So is ROJO another website?
And I can't do anything to let people comment on my article, right?
Rojo, isn't a website. It's a comment option. What can you do for readers to comment on your stories? Nothing. Visit the links provide by Matt, and do the commenting on other writers articles.
Hi Shadoo. Comments on the few selected network sites go through Rojo. This was announced with much bally-hoo about a year ago and is next to useless. Writers are not notified if a comment has been made so any old crap can be posted about which we are completely unaware.
After the first few sites were enabled with Rojo the system wasn't attached to others. Probably because the powers that be recognized it wasn't working. Just a guess based on no inside knowledge.
This issue has been raised with admin many times and nothing has been done. I suspect nothing will be done.
A complete newbie, not an old hubpage's troll, hinting us a resolute, for a challenge, we've been discussing for over 3 years!? I find that absurd.
Oh I get it now. Thank you all , and thanks Rupert for the clarification and thanks Miebakagh57. I really appreciate it.
Such a shame they did away with comment as they used to be. As long as you were able to approve before being published, I always thought they were a great way to "build" your articles even more. They should bring this back, in my opinion.

I have not been active for ages. I notice that all my new hubs do not have the "comment" section at the end of my hub. Or am I missing something?

How important is it to have a comment section on your hubs, or How important is it to respond?I was going through some of the hubs that belong to some of the top paid hubbers ( info found on the success story page) and a lot of those people do not respond to comments. In fact, many of their...

Why do people post hubs without a comment section?Every now and then I come across hubs with no comment section. Are these the result of simple oversight, or perhaps people not familiar with the various elements you can add to hubs? Or do they just not want to interact? It seems odd... blogs and...

I've come across a hub, now and then, without a comment section. Is this a choice made by the author? If so, why?

I have been getting one or two questions every day in my email through the new "contact the author" feature. The questions have been very important; almost always they are questions/details that can help other readers.Since these readers are sending emails instead of leaving the...
