I see that you can enter a URL from Youtube or Vimeo, BUT how can I download a video from my computers files??
I don't understand why I can't download from my personal files, especially when I don't want the videos to be posted on Youtube.
We used to offer the option to create a "Video Hub" with an uploaded video as the centerpiece for the Hub, but this feature was difficult to monetize and maintain, so it was discontinued. These days you will need to use another service like YouTube or Vimeo to upload videos before linking to them in the Video Capsule in Hubs.
