I have a hub that I want to submit to a niche site but I am not sure if I should place it in Owlcation or WeHaveKids.
What do you think?

I am not sure because I am not familiar enough with them. But, here is a link to article by Tessa Schlesinger titled List of Hubpages Network Sites. There are summaries for them and some have links. You can go and look about at other articles.
I think your hub should be posted to Owlcation as it is about education. WeHaveKids on the other hand is about family.
