Can anyone tell me when we'll see our tax file forms? Thank you.

Quite possibly you won't see them at all if you have typical levels of earnings.  You can use the site to determine the amount your earned in the year and just declare that.

There will be no tax documents as you are paid via paypal - it is up to paypal to file a 1099-k

According to those links you won't even get the form unless you cross 20K in transactions is that true because I too am unfamiliar with the tax process from a site like Hubpages.

Correct - however, even though you won't get a tax form - you should report your income on your tax forms (even if it's less than $600)

So I would just pull up all of the programs from 2016 on Hubpages and see the totals I've received and use those numbers?

Yes - I tend to report what I was actually paid (via paypal)- sometimes the Amazon amounts can change - so it's best to report the actual cash you received. The IRS are not going to worry if you don't report <$50 because it's a balance carried forward.

That's what i figured, would you include the paypal payment received this month (Jan 28) since it's technically part of last year's earnings?

I don't tend to  - I just include payments I've received in the calendar year. It's not materiel - at lest not for me!

Only report what you received up to Dec.31,2016.

Probably not here - but if they get paid via other sources through paypal then it  is possible! :-)
