I'm so excited to see one of my hubs showing up in Featured Snippets. This is responsible for the sudden increase in traffic to the hub. A big thank you to editors and fellow hubbers.
I also have a hub that has been featured in a Snippet. It does make a big difference in traffic.
Here's another one showing up in google snippet box.
I'm so excited seeing my dreams come true.
I should give more credits to this community. The people here are good to work with. The staff especially people like Robin Edmondson and Emilly have been very good to me. Thanks for making me. I know that I couldn't have achieved this alone.
Wonderful. I must read this as I work in a nursing home and we do birthdays every other day...lol Great Information here....
That is a great achievement for a page on hubpages, com. What I don't understand is why it has not been moved to a niche site. It could not be expected to get much more traffic, given its ranking, but it suggests to me that successful content is being missed.
Congratulations, Folarin! You are one of the kindest Hubbers, and we always enjoy working with you.
Will, we are still working through the backlog of articles and, you are right, there still are some good articles on HubPages that we are trying to get to quickly. It has been a huge endeavor to curate and edit the hundreds of thousands of articles that live(d) on HP. One thing that I love about my job is that I get to work with some incredibly smart and passionate editors that take the process very seriously and curate/edit with a lot of thought and care. I also love to see Hubbers start to see traffic and earnings on articles again and see that they are having an affect on readers. There is nothing better from a writer's perspective when a reader comments how your article has helped them.

This morning I received an email from a Hubpages staff member regarding Google snippets (ie, Google Answer box) with this link. I would just like to say that this is something VERY worthwhile. I have been working on ranking this way for over a year, and so far am doing quite well with it. Remember...

Is this a bug or am I tying with Briggs for a featured snippet? It seems odd. The picture can be clicked and leads to DenGarden

I just noticed that traffic to my article on how to grow willow has surged over the last few days. However it seems that the reason could be a featured snippet which has extracted captions from the photos and turned them into a series of steps. However it seems to be a pointless effort on behalf of...

Why is one of my featured articles, not showing up when I look at my profile? My article - Vampire - An Analysis on Sylvia Plath's Poem "Daddy" does not appear when I pull up my profile. Does anyone have any clue why this could happen? Thanks!

Today, someone I know ordered a book I showcased on one of my hubs (in the amazon capsule). When I go to my amazon associates account I do not see any orders for today's date. I know that the person ordered some other things on amazon after placing the book from my hub to the shopping cart. Does...

I posted a new Hub this morning which included an Amazon capsule with 8 or 9 related items in it. However when I went back to look it over after publishing, the Amazon capsule was not showing up, there's just a blank space where it should be.When I went into "edit" mode I can see the...
