I have a question about pictures that are floating?
I have an extensive HUB that is a recipe with pictures for each step. I am revamping/rewording some of it but I'm having a problem with the image for each step not staying on the side of the text capsule.
Being that some text capsules are smaller than others, when the next text capsule moves up, it floats to a different picture. I tried putting returns in there to space the capsules better but when I preview it, there are large chunks of white space that don't look very good.
Other than putting the pictures underneath each capsule rather than beside it, is there anything I can do?
I dread putting the pictures underneath each capsule because I'll have to take new pictures of the entire process as I don't have the originals and my online photos are too small and look blurred when I use them.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, right-floated capsules are being discontinued altogether, so there's no point in even attempting to put the pictures beside the text capsule.
The only thing you could do is use a program to put two photos together side by side.
If they are discontinuing the right-floated capsules than I may as well bite the bullet and just take new pictures that I can crop to fit without blurring out. Thanks for your reply.
That's the problem. The pictures are no longer on my computer, I had a computer crash a couple of years ago and lost some files. The pictures are in my HubPages photo folder online but when I save them to my computer, they are pixelated out.
I'll work on it this week and see if I can't retake the pictures. Thanks!

I use the internet with Firefox. All other websites seem to load just fine, my internet connection is pretty fast, but Hubpages is getting increasingly slower for me. Also, the picture and text problem with not saving when working on a hub is still an issue. I add a picture, upload, put in a...

This is probably a really dumb question, but how do I make my hub go text - picture - text - picture? I don't see any way to drag my pictures in amongst the text, like I see other people have done. So I either have a bunch of pictures on top of my text,or underneath it. Please...

Okay, to start with, the features in the capsules we have are already pretty awesome, and my hat is off to the programmers for coming up with all these utilities. There is one additional feature that would be on my wish list, and that would be the option to "drag and drop" photo and map...

I have figured out how to put a photo at the top of my text and at the bottom, but I can't figure out how to put one in the middle, over to one side, along a paragraph. I have watched videos and read the instructions. Something is not clicking what am I doing wrong?

I can't edit nor change text capsules. Each time I try to edit text capsules, the text freezes. The cursor for text doesn't work. Please change to the previous hubtool writing capsules where things worked. This new hubtool capsule is beyond ridiculous. ...

When I was working on a hub earlier today, I saved the capsules and clicked the done editing button, but the text didn't actually save, so I had to retype everything into the capsules. This has happened several times lately and a number of times throughout my HP times. I'm not sure if it's a fluke...
