An editor added hyphens to a title of a hub so "Easy to Grow" became "Easy-to-Grow".
When I search for Easy to Grow, the hub is on page 3 of search results, but if I include the hyphens, it's midway down page 2.
Using hyphens is probably grammatically correct, but most people probably don't include them in searches (or do they?)
People most likely don't include them. I never do.
But if you remove the hyphens your hub will not be on page 2 if it is on page 3 right now. So, that's not a cause for concern. The ranking has not changed with the use of hyphens.
