Lots of grammatical issues and looks like one big advertisement.

Spend some time at the Learning Center; click Help at the top right of any page.

By the way, it's better if you use the link in the email sent to you. It will automatically post a feedback request here. You don't need to paste in an image of the hub.

    Good luck.

If the first sentence I read was "I been into health improvement for a vary long time" I would be out of there fast. You need people to stay on there and read the article. Follow theraggededge┬┤s suggestion and improve the grammar and spelling.

Grammar is my biggest weakest. I'm currently taking courses now to improve it.

I learned something from the article, but not enough so that I would want to share it on social media--mostly because of the grammar. I wish you the best of luck with your courses.
(If you have someone around, like a teacher at the course, maybe you could ask him/her to look at your articles before submission?)

I fixed the grammar issue and the score went down. I even added a related video, with a certified dietitian.
I'm actually taking courses. They did say just keep practicing; and the new habits will start to flow effortlessly.
