In forum posting, how many posts are allowed in one day?, is there a limit?
There isn't a limit. You can post as many forum comments and start as many topics as you wish in one day.
I know I don't have to say this to you, so just for the sake of a more detailed answer: for posts that trespass against forum rules the daily limit is 0 posts.

I have a list of more than 100 (106 to be exact) do follow forums, I'm just wondering if it's really effective before I register in all of them, signing up with 106 websites isn't a joke, it's time consuming so I'm just wondering if anyone here have tried it before, and what's the result?? ...

You get the impression that people are making little calls to their Hub buddies, besides just posting........ So therefore, people sometimes gang up. In other words heaps of these posts are contrived.Oh and I love how some people write a totally boring Post and then tell others how boring...
