Go to your Hubpages profile page. Scroll down to the bottom. Click on the link saying "link to this page." You will then be given a link with a tracking code in the URL. Copy and paste the URL into your twitter post. Include a short description along with the link so people know what it is all about. Later you can watch how many hits are coming from twitter by going to your profile and click the "URL Trackers" tab. You can create up to 20 tracking codes to track different referrals.
