    OMG its such a long story, but in the end I bought a house, really cheap, only 14,000. My landlords were stealing my utilities to run there computer business and I got evicted for putting my foot down!! And my house payments only 132 a month.

    Oh yes, although I would rather live in the country. The houses are close together here. But for the price, I had to buy it. The bank told me I was making a great investment, who knows in a few years after some updating I could double or triple my money..

    closed blinds are good. I always left my blinds closed in Hawaii and still do in my apartment here in Cali...Don't know why but I do it

    Yea I needed something fast and this was great. I may even rent it out later on because I don't want to live here forever. I love the country to much. This is just a great place to buy to get back on my feet and be able to save some money.
