Security alert on my Hub. Why?

    Help! When opening my hub today I was redirected several times  to a McAfee security alert page that says mm.chitika.net/minimall?w=300 may cause a breach of browser security. None of this is in my web address as far as I can see. Could one of the ads on my hub have caused this? I can't find a contact phone # to call Hub Pages about this. I can'[t even find a working email address to contact them either! Please, someone...........contact me.

    Most likely it's an ad. Ads like "I'm Richer then you" the RichJerk ad's all make McAFee go crazy for me. Hubpages itself is 100% safe, ads are never guaranteed to be safe.

    I am having the exact same problem! 

    It has been getting worse and worse the last two days.  It can't be Kontera ads, because I am signed in, and those don't show up, when you are signed in.

    I think this is most likely a mistake or over aggressiveness on McAfee's part.  There is a thread on the chitika forum about this from a couple weeks back.  Anyway, we'll keep an eye on this, and remove Chitika ads entirely if it continues to be a problem.
