You have to go to create a tracker. This will give you a tracker number. That gets input into the url. I wanted to answer this question for someone earlier but it wouldn't let me put an example in with a tracker. If you go to my blog you will see a section for hubpages. I put my tracker into the tour page. This will provide you with an example. I think the tracker I chose was either a number or the words webwrite. Make sure you take special notice to the placement and the underscore _ before the code which is often hard to see.
It is very simple. For adding join hubpages link to your profile or anywhere you want, remove "uniquesense" from the link below and replace it with your default tracking token available in your "my account" - "URL trackers" of your hubpages account:
For example, my default tracking token is "3e18e2wvz8nn9". Again if you are not able to understand well, I will make it simple.
Click "my account" while logged on into your hubpages account, then click "URL Trackers" tab beneath the Affiliate Settings tab and copy your default tracking token and replace it in the link above, for example:
Like this. Okay. Best of luck for referring your friends and relatives to hubpages.

How do you add a "Join HubPages" icon to my profile page?I've seen some mention that we can get a percentage from new people we get to join but can't find instructions for doing this.

Like referrals.1. Why insert an _referralcode into the URL. Couldn't you come up with a dynamic insertion solution? If an insertion was required, what's wrong with appending it at the end of the URL as in ?referrer=xyz? or would that make it too easy for hubbers?2. Why do pages like the Referrals...

Hi all,I have searched around and can't seem to find a simple answer. How do I post a link on my profile which encourages others to "join" Hubpages? Of course, I would like to post it in such a way that I get "credit" for their joining and writing. I assume I...

I've read the FAQ, darkside's hubs, and several forum threads and didn't see an answer to this.If somebody lands on one of my hubs via a Google search, for example, and thinks "WTF is this cr*p? I could do better!" or (hopefully!) "Wow, this is so awesome - I want to join this site...
