i have just signed up have no idea where to start, any help please??
what was your first hub about?
Here's a great place to start and it's info from the HubPages staff: It's called "Before Creating Your First Hub": http://hubpages.com/guide/before_first_hub
I think my first hub was about sensitive skin care. What is your top interest right now? That's a good place to start.
I don't quite remember. But, I think it was on depression. Welcome to hubpages!
Mine was to do with health. Write on something you enjoy or find very interesting ..... or someone.... (Valentine's day is round the corner, hint, hint)
Here's another link to help show you the ropes a bit.

To get the most info, it's best you do a search on the top of the page (right). Any info you need will be there. (Google, making money, traffic (people to your hubs).
thanx for your answers, ive written my first hub about knitting as i have just taught myself, it only scored 59 so not sure thats any good lol x
I have been doing some free lance writing for almost two years. So I am using articles I wrote for these and have started hubs for these. After I am done with that, I will be working on original articles. asically write what you know about. Maybe you wrote papers or essays for school, you can post them here. I signed up for all the affiliate programs and I choose products from Amazon and Ebay that relate to the articles.
You can also check out the ideabank and look for a topic you are familiar with.

Can someone please help me? I've seen some really sub quality hubs out here. I write well and yet my hubs are being unpublished and continuously picked on for sub quality. I'm offended. You're making it not fun to be a hubber. http://vivbounty.hubpages.com/hub/firew … -plus-help

I just finished editing a Hub and signed out. Then I called up the Hub only to get this terrible message that puts a very bad light on Hubbers as possible violators of "The Code."What a poor image this gives the public. Being new to HB, my reaction is one of a public person who knows...

Hi guys. I encouraged my twin to sign up here on HubPages after I have joined here. She has only published a few hubs, most of them about skin care. Just now, I googled my username "cheerfulnuts" just to see how many results will show up. I asked seriousnuts to do the same, and she was...
