And he came in the shape of Freddie Mercury.
Currently being uplifted, smilified and contented with happy memories courtesy of Radio Ga Ga.
Gooooooo Freddie - *radio ga ga radio goo goo oh yeah*

I love Freddie and Queen, Some of the best music i ever listened to.
Scaramouche, scaramouche, will you do the fandango?!
Or ... Scaramouche, scaramouche, do take the Dragon and go
Thunderbolts and lightning Very Very frightening
(Actually not, it was 45 degrees c here and we had RAIN last night. Wonderful, blesssed, marvellous, lie-on-the-grass-and-soak-it-in rain! Happiness!)
Queen fans all! What good company I am in. I have Queen right on my profile page, that is how much I think Freddie rocks. Oh and he was a distant cousin on mine!
How'd I miss a Freddie Mercury thread? Bohemian Rhapsody will always be my favourite!
@Reena - you a Cat? So's my husband - there's a huge Cathedral group in Pune Didn't realise Farokh went there - saw him when he lived in Dadar
No I studied in Ahmedabad and Baroda and Pune. Its just that going on assumption that all Parsees are related, I am a distant cousin of Freddie Mercury In fact I announced as much when we did a medley of his songs for Insynch at Fergusson college. His are the most challenging vocals of any Western band IMHO.
