What makes HubPages so popular? What reason are most doing it for? I'm new so help me understand.
How does it differ than another writing sources which would make you want to write for this one. I'm so confused with all the different trackers and things, I'm trying to understand why everyone is doing it and how long does it take to figure it all out? I started due to a link here to make a comment for an article but I don't even know it that counts as anything, except for the fact I wanted to comment. Thanks!
Lifeallstar1, I found hubpages the easiest site to use when I was looking at writing online. Being quite new at this type of writing I found hubpages easy in that you just write and the rest seems to just follow. It has taken me a little while to work out the design elements but this is just becoming familiar with the site the more you use it. Take some time to explore all the parts this site has to offer, I have found it to be the best and many hubbers are so helpful. The reason I enjoy this site is I just want to write and not worry too much about the other stuff, which is what hubpages allows me to do. Good luck.
hubpages is create place to write , to discuss , to read good articles..it also gives you opportunity to make money from writing through ur affiliates like adsense/amazon.
Forums are great and here one can find people from all across the globe with diverse backgrounds , school of thoughts.
I have read some very interesting view points and thought provoking articles out here..it is good to be here for sure..
would wait for you to write hub so that i can read them..all the best...
Thanks for responding. I hope to find my way around soon. I've started my first Hub so once I finish hopefully that will help figure out how to use certain things and what they are used for. I didn't know if most people do it for websites they own or what. I guess I'll find out soon enough but in the meantime I'm having fun and I will check out the forums in hopes of meeting some interesting people just as I've come across interesting articles and such friendly helpful people like you guys!
I need all the help I can get! : )

Hey Hubberville,This rant probably isn't going to go over well and since I've been the most active poster in the forums in the history of the forums on Hubpages, I've reached MY fill.Which means, Everyday I come to the forums and the negativity toward Hubpages is always ratcheted up a notch. It's...

I've been away from HP for a while and I missed hubbing. I'm thinking of coming back as I'm starting to realize more and more that the inclination to write is part of who I am on a deeper level than I ever thought. But when I come back, I can't help but notice a lot of changes. Apparently, Hubs now...

I took the hubpage challenge and completed it. 30 hubs in less than 30 days (just). My hubs are doing okay with almost 300 views and averaging about 15 a day, but no recorded onward orders. I have google adsense and amazon accounts and all my hubs have ads highly positioned. But, despite all that,...

I realise I can look throughout the site and check various profiles etc to see how long a member has been here, but I mean is there a specific search term I should use (on HubPages) or a page that may give me a quicker answer? I'm curious to find other hubbers that joined at around the same...

Hello All, I have read the FAQ's and other help areas of HubPages, including many topics from the learning center, but, from what I've found so far, it seems like a lot of talking around the question, but not really, directly, simply, accurately addressing the question: What are good topics for...

LO,Writing 100 hubs in 30 days is a major commitment of time.I'm curious about where this time is coming from, and what you're NOT doing in your life while writing loads of hubs.cheers, Eric G.
