Am I allowed to put a link to my articles on Infobarrel and Xomba in my hubs, or only on my webpage?
Yes you are allowed to put a link in your profile. Many people use their profile to take advantage of the opportunity to showcase their work. Make it tasteful and not overpowering, and you may even get some back-links as a result.
You can put links anywhere you like, but it depends what you are trying to do as to which is the most effective way to place the links. If your main place of writing is here on Hubpages then you want one way links from infobarrel and xomba pointing here and none back so that google sees this as the most important place for your writing.. I hope that made some sense..

I am working on one of my new websites - and I want to link back to my hubs here. How many times is this OK to do on a website page before it is overkill?
