I can't publish my hub
This is my first time to create a hub but when I tried to publish 2 times, there is a warning that there is a rule violation in my account or a problem from my IP address. I searched the help but I can't find the answer. Can anybody be kind enough to help me? thank you.
In my experience with having issues publishing, I would just add more content to the hub with correct spelling and grammar. You may want to check to see if your Hub Pages account is activated by verifying the registration in your email inbox. Also, you may want to limit your links to point to only one external source per link. Be sure to check your spelling and grammar along with your hubs content relevant to your tags and or categories. Of course any x-rated content isn't allowed:) If you are still having issues publishing contact Hub Pages.
If you are getting a message that your IP address is blocked, you will need to contact the Admin Team.
In most cases you will get a message on top of your article saying why you can't publish. If is not the case you should read shane_75's answer.
Hi! Thanks for your advice. Your message will be a good help too.

Why don't people check their spelling and grammar when they write and publish their Hubs?It is understandable when the person is not a native English speaker, but when the author is a native English speaker with some amount of education, it is quite sad.

Are we allowed to republish our articles elsewhere and keep the original hubs here in the mean time?
