    If my Google adesense account says it's disabled due to TOS violation, why do I still have ads...

    on my hubs? Google adsense support says there is nothing wrong on their end because if there were then there would be no ads on my hubs, but there is. So who is getting paid for the ads on my articles? Adesense says it's hubpages. Thye just blame eachother. One of them disabled me, but still lets ads appear. I'm confused.

    Ads will appear on HubPages regardless of whether you have an account or not, as that is how HubPages itself pays for the site.  Only if your Hubs meet the criteria for being non-commercial can you disable the display of Google ads.  (This is all explained very clearly in the FAQ)
