Why am I not getting a Google adsense account?
I have been trying for a google adsense account. The last reason they gave was that I should have my own Domain to have a google adsense account. I mean no Blog of Hubpages can Give me an adsense Account.
Why is that?
I got my Google Adsense account for my Blogger blog, so you can make a blog to get an adsense account. You should have some content on your pages as well!
Never heard they asked that too, seems strange. However you can try this

Open Blogger account (it belongs to Google.) http://www.blogger.com Write few posts and apply for Google Adsense.
When you get your publisher account number, you can use it anywhere else.

Since 2010, I've been accumulating pennies in my Google Adsense account, waiting for the day I'd hit the $100 pay threshold. I checked it a couple of weeks ago, it was at $94 and change. Today, all the numbers are GONE!!! I see no evidence that it's been added to my HubPages ads...
