How did you find out about hubpages.com?

I found out about HubPages when I was browsing Yahoo HotJobs. There was a posting there for hubpages.com

To be honest, I am not sure.  I do believe it was a job search engine, which is funny, because I am not making a penny.  But I do enjoy the writing part; which is even more funny because I hated English Comp.

Interesting... I don't know why you were advised about posting your writing anywhere but on Hub Pages. I think this is a great place to post your work and you may even earn some money on here, which is always an added bonus.

I found Hubpages while looking through the forum on a similar site called Squidoo.com.  I like Hubpages a lot better because it is easier to create hubs than to create Squidoo Lenses.

I agree with you on this one. Hub Pages is much easier to follow and use then Squidoo.

I found out about hubpages when I was reading an article on Christian personal finance and it said you could make money writing on this site.  I thought, "REALLY!?!" and I signed up.  I haven't made any money yet but I am enjoying the writing a lot.

a Job search engine just like some one else answered... I was actually just looking for real journalist jobs, because it was my major in high school, that and photo journalism, and it had an add that you could make a little here while learning, I think its a great idea to get in the door, when you apply to other writing sites like examiner, they ask for samples of work published on line etc....

Found out about it through a FB friend, who was a former teacher of mine.  She found time to write what she wanted on her favorite subject, which is  very specific and focused.
