There's not going to be any one answer for this. Every Hub author is going to find their Hubs do better at different times of the week, or different times of the day. It's all going to vary with how many Hubs you have, what the topics are, how you are promoting them, etc.
I agree with you. it does depend on what your hubs are about however I have noticed the evenings and the evenings on the weekends work well for me.
Well for me hub traffic is high when I just published a new hub.
