Claim earned cash??? If you earned anything that means that you opened up an adsense, amazon or kontera account. If that is the case than check your accounts with them, you can check up on your earnings there and ask for a withdraw.
HubPages are not related to your earnings, they are just a medium, they provide space for your articles and the opportunity to earn from advertisement, they have nothing to do with earned cash, payments, withdrawals etc.. Check the FAQ!
In order to earn you have to start by signing up with whichever affiliate programs (and getting accepted) you're interested in. You can go with any, all, or none of the (but if you don't sign up with at least one you won't earn anything).
The sign-up process will guide through the rest of the way.
