Well, there are four different affiliates that will help you make money:
You have to go to each of their sites and set up an account, then input that data into your profile.

Read the FAQ clicking on help, you earn by writing good hubs that people want to read.
Adsense , konetra, amazon, e bay all help you earn.
Reading up SEO's and keyword searches will also help beef up your earning.

By people visiting your hubs and clicking your ads, its not a lot of money earned though.
Rel put it very well, I would also suggest looking through many of the top writers on here (Like Rel) at the hubs they have created on these topics.
